Some laptops when connected to accounting don't connect properly with regards to the screen size that show through the remote desktop/gateway. Iris advised to change resolutions on main laptop after logging in, but this isn't a fix/don't sometimes work anyway - needs a permanent fix. Way of fixing further is making accounting a true cloud based system and not a gateway system.
