Budget Enforcing to include commitments in the system

Since we began using PSF 8 years ago we have had the 'budget enforce' function turned on. Up until this year it has worked fine, however, I have been told it no longer takes into consideration any commitments in the system and allows budget holders to continue to post another order taking them over budget.
Please can the system revert back to a previous version.

    Sorry to hear you've been having a problem with this feature.
    I can confirm the Budget Enforce option still works as you expect. I have referred this to Support who will investigate further and be in touch in due course.
