Allow active PS Online users to request a password reset to the email address that has been set up in the user ledger. As an administrator I am frequently asked to reset a password because they have forgotten. If they could request a reset to their email address administrators would only need to step in if their email was incorrect or for new user passwords.
Hi Julie. Thanks for your suggestion. This is already on our development roadmap, as part of our IRIS Identity initiative which will provide Single Sign On and self-service password reset functionality for all Financials products. We hope this will delivered during 2024. Thanks for your patience.
